• I want to register a new card. How do I do this?

  To register a new Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Maestro card please contact our Customer Support department

• I want to use an alternative payment method. What should I do?

  Please contact our customer support team using the form below quoting your login ID and the payment method that you would like to use.

• I cannot log into my account.

  If you have forgotten your password please use our Lost Password tool to reset it. For any other issues, kindly contact us using the form below quoting your login ID (if applicable), your e-mail address and the exact error message that you are getting when you try to log into your account.

• I transferred money by bank wire and it has not yet been credited to my account. Why?

  Bank wires normally take 5 or 6 working days to reach us. The money will be credited to your account only when we receive the funds. You will be notified by e-mail when the funds are credited to your account.

• My bet has expired incorrectly.

  Please contact our customer support team and quote the reference number of the bet in question as well as your login ID in your e-mail. Any screenshots that you think may help us look into the issue should be attached to the e-mail.
